Check that it is watertight and intended for holding water; some decorative vases are for dry arrangements only. Ask the supplier to confirm lining, internal finish and leak testing.
Prioritise consistent dimensions, colour matching, carton quantities and protective packaging. If you need repeat supply, confirm the same design can be reordered without major batch variation.
Choose Class A if you need local SA stock in 2–5 days, Class B for factory-direct volume orders from China with Trade Assurance and customs plus VAT included, or Class C for SA drop-ship fulfilment with escrow protection.
