These Terms govern your use of BestDealz International. Please read them carefully — placing an order or creating an account constitutes acceptance.
"BestDealz" means BestDealz International (Pty) Ltd, a company registered in South Africa. "Buyer" means any person or business placing an order. "Supplier" means a third-party vendor listing products on the platform. "Platform" means bestdealz.co.za and any associated apps or APIs.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter binding contracts. For business buyers, the person creating the account warrants they have authority to bind the company. We reserve the right to refuse service, close accounts or cancel orders at our discretion.
All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include 15% VAT unless stated otherwise. Class B Direct Import prices include customs duty, freight and door-to-door delivery within South Africa.
While we do our best to maintain accurate pricing, occasional errors may occur. If a product is mispriced and you have already paid, we will offer a full refund or honour the listed price at our discretion.
Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We confirm acceptance by sending an order confirmation email. We may decline any order without giving reasons (e.g. stock unavailable, suspected fraud, sanctions screening).
For Class B (Direct Import) orders, production begins only after the supplier accepts the purchase order — typically within 48 hours.
Payment is due in full at checkout unless we have approved terms in writing. We accept card, EFT, instalments (PayJustNow, Mobicred) and verified-business 30-day net terms.
Failed payments suspend the order. Repeated failed payments may close the account. All transactions are protected by 3D-Secure and PCI-DSS.
Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees, but we credit your account if we miss our Trade Assurance SLA. Risk of loss passes to the buyer when the courier confirms delivery to the shipping address.
If a parcel goes missing in transit, we cover replacement or refund — provided you report it within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

Coverage is automatic and free. To claim, open a dispute from your dashboard within 14 days of delivery (or expected delivery for missing parcels).

All platform content (text, design, code, logos, photos) is owned by BestDealz or our licensors and protected by copyright. You may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works without our written permission.
Supplier-uploaded content remains the property of the supplier — you receive a limited licence to view it for shopping purposes only.
To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, BestDealz's liability for any single order is limited to the order value. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or pure-economic losses (lost profits, downtime, etc.) except where caused by gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any dispute will first be referred to BestDealz support — most resolve within 7 days. Unresolved disputes go to the South African Consumer Tribunal or competent courts in Johannesburg.
We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be emailed to active users with at least 14 days' notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
