Common portal questions

Can I use the portal before I'm verified?
Yes — once your application is submitted you get a sandbox/preview login to explore. Live listings activate only after step 7 of verification is complete.
Is there training?
Step 6 of verification includes a 1-hour bilingual walk-through of every portal feature. We also have video tutorials in the help centre, plus a dedicated account manager for Pro suppliers.
How many users can access the portal?
Unlimited team members across all plans. Each user has a role (owner, ops, finance, customer-care) controlling what they can see and do.
Can I bulk-upload via CSV?
Yes — bulk CSV upload is available on all plans for product listings, price updates and stock changes. Pro plan adds API webhooks for fully automated sync.
Where is the portal hosted?
South Africa-region AWS (Cape Town). Data residency stays in SA in compliance with POPIA. Daily encrypted backups.
