Common pricing questions
When does the commission apply?
Only on completed, delivered orders. If a buyer cancels before dispatch or returns the item, no commission is charged.
How are payouts made?
SA suppliers: EFT to your registered bank account. International suppliers: TT, Alipay or USDT to your nominated wallet. We never charge for outgoing payouts.
Is VAT included in the commission?
Yes — our commission rates are quoted inclusive of 15% VAT. We issue a tax invoice each payout for your records.
What if I want to switch plans?
Free upgrades or downgrades anytime from your supplier dashboard. The new rate applies to all orders placed after the switch.
Are there any hidden fees I should know about?
No. The only optional add-ons are paid sponsored placements (R 30–R 200 / day, totally optional) and premium photography (R 250 / product, also optional). Standard operations carry zero additional cost.
Do I pay if a buyer chargebacks?
No — BestDealz absorbs chargeback fees on legitimate fraud cases. We only reclaim commission if the chargeback is caused by supplier fault (e.g. shipped a wrong item).
