You complete the supplier application form: company name, contact details, country, product categories, monthly capacity and a short pitch. No documents required yet.
Document submission Day 1 · 24 hours
Our onboarding team emails you a document request portal. Upload business registration, ID/passport of directors, proof of address, and recent banking confirmation. All transmitted over encrypted HTTPS.
Identity verification Day 2 · automated
We run automated checks against CIPC (SA), AIC (China) or your country's equivalent registry. We also check sanctions lists (OFAC, UN, FATF), AML watchlists, and verify VAT numbers where applicable.
Factory / warehouse photos Day 2–3 · evidence
You submit a short video or photo set showing the working facility: production floor (for factories), warehouse with stock (for SA suppliers), staff at work, signage and product samples. Geotagged where possible.
Reference + sample check Day 3–5 · manual
You provide 2 customer references — we call/email them and ask 4 questions about your reliability. Optionally, we may request a physical product sample (cost reimbursed if you ship it back) to inspect quality first-hand.
Bilingual interview Day 5–6 · 60 min call
1-hour video call with our supplier success team. Mandarin or English depending on your preference. We discuss pricing, MOQ, lead time, payment flow, returns process and account-manager touchpoints. You also get a walk-through of the supplier portal.
Banking & go-live Day 6–7 · approved
You complete payout banking setup (tested with a small R 1 micro-deposit) and sign the supplier agreement digitally. Once countersigned by BestDealz, your store goes live and your first listings are published.
Annual re-audit · Continuous monitoring
