What does it cost to list?
Nothing upfront. No monthly fees, no listing fees. We charge a commission only on completed orders — typical 6–12% depending on category and class.
How do payouts work?
Funds release from escrow within 3 business days of buyer delivery confirmation. Payouts to your bank weekly (SA suppliers) or via TT/Alipay/USDT (international).
Do I need a SARS / VAT registration?
For SA suppliers — yes, you need at minimum a CIPC registration. VAT is required if your turnover exceeds R 1M annually. International suppliers handle their own local tax.
Can I list private-label products?
Yes — we welcome private-label and OEM suppliers. You can also offer to private-label for BestDealz house brand, by arrangement.
Can I integrate my ERP / catalogue?
Yes. We offer a REST API for inventory/order sync and bulk CSV upload. Custom integrations (Sage, Xero, SAP) available on the Pro tier.
