1.About device connection methods： This product cannot be connected to the Internet, cannot install software, and cannot be connected to a mobile phone. When someone rings the doorbell, the display can receive information. ( Important Note )
2.Doorbell receiving distance : In general environment, the video signal is effective within 100 meters. If there is a solid wall blocking the video signal, the video signal will be delayed and the distance will be reduced. After you get the product, you can first test the most suitable position of the Pinghe doorbell before installing it.
3.Standby time ：①Display: Built-in 400 mAh battery, mainly used for memorizing and saving time. For long-term use, the display is recommended to be powered.
②Doorbell: built-in 800 mAh battery, low power consumption standby system, fully charged standby time of 3-4 months
4.Doorbell: Intercom signal interference,The doorbell intercom is transmitted wirelessly, not through shielded wires, so it will be interfered by electromagnetic signals. The closer the doorbell and display host are, the greater the interference will be. On the contrary, as the distance increases, the interference will be less.
5. Before installation, first test whether the connection signal between the doorbell and the host at the installation location is good. Choose a location with good signal for installation.
6. This is a display video doorbell, it cannot actively look outside
