1.LB-SZLH Series Ring Die Feed Pellet Machine
1. Leabon feed pellet machine is a low-fault model with the latest international technology, which is suitable for producing all kinds of high-quality livestock feed and aquatic feed;
2. The main standard parts such as bearings, oil seals and O-rings of the main transmission part are all directly imported from abroad;
3. Its appearance, internal design and manufacturing quality have reached the international advanced level;
4. The main transmission adopts high-precision gear transmission, and its output is about 15-20% higher than that of belt
transmission;
5.the transmission gear adopts precision grinding, which has strong vibration absorption and isolation and low noise;
6. The external paint is sprayed with plastic, and the paint is bright and firm;
7. Adopt quick-release hoop clamping mechanism, and can be equipped with worm wheel and worm ring mold lifting device to improve the efficiency of ring mold half racket and reduce labor intensity.
8. The tempering system adopts all stainless steel lengthened tempering cylinder, which is sanitary to use and has longer tempering time and service life;
9. The steam is added with multi-inlet materials for more sufficient heating and better tempering effect;
10. Oil circulating cooling and lubrication system can be configured to improve the cooling and lubrication effect of key

1. The main transmission gear drive is with high precision, uses the quick-release ring mould type of anchor. It is chosen from Switzerland and Japan, SKF or NSK. It ensures the efficiency and stability of the transmission part. Low noise. Output is about 20% higher than belt-type drive.2. All stainless steel with large strengthening feed conditioning adopts frequency control of motor speed control to ensure the high quality of feed pellet.
3. Adopting international advanced German vacuum heat treatment furnace gun drill, and the USA manufacturing process of alloy steel ring die. Long service life. The grain is smooth and high quality.
4. The international advanced level of compensation type of snake coiled spring coupling has the advantages of novel structure, compact, safe performance, low noise and low malfunction.
5. High performance permanent magnetic iron absorption device.
6. It adopts international advanced pipeline system and the import pressure regulating valve.
7. It can be customized three layers of conditioner, high-grade double-shaft differential modulator conditioner or top-grade stainless steel sanitary conditioner pellet mill. Production of high quality poultry or aquatic feed pellet.
