Wood pellet Specification:
Working Principles:
1). Material come from belt conveyor and then into the storage, screw conveyor feed material automaticllly to the pellet forming chamber.
2). In the forming chamber, two gear and mold help to form and press pellet, Gear rotate to press pellet come out surround.
3). Automatic cutting machine arround the mold, which can cut pellet automaticly, it can also adjust the length of pellet.

Remarks of Wood Pellet Line:
Theoretically, the pelletizing process covers not only pelletization per se, but also materialpretreatment and post-treatment.The whole process can be rougly boiled down to a line:
1) Wood Splitting
(If the diameter of logs is beyond the MAX feeding dia of wood chipper, pls split the log or wood first.
If wood logs, timber or lumber will be put into use, debarking shall be considered. )
2) Chipping
(if forest or wood material will be used, the previous step and this one shall be done. )
3) Pulverizing/crushing
(It is to reduce the size of material into qualified one, namely about 3mm or 4mm)
4) Sifting
(if some small sized material will be applied such as sawdust or rice husk, it shall be purified from metal scraps and other
impurities. )
5) Drying
(commonly 12%-15% moisture content is needed. )
6) Pelletizing
The wood pellet machine can produce 6mm, 8mm, 10mm fuel pellets.
7) Cooling & screening
Cooler is to reduce about 3-4% moisture, such this the wood pellet is easy to store.
8) Packaging
