Product Description

We have two types of machines: dry type and wet type.
Our this single screw type pet food extruder machine can make crushed grain, bone powder, soybean, corn etc, into food pellets directly.
Mainly suitable for all kinds of aquatic products, pet and other curing forming granule feedstuff, such as the floating and sink fish food.

The difference between DGP dry extruder and DSP wet extruder:

Dry method is to directly expand the raw materials into granules after crushing and mixing.
The wet method needs to be used with a steam boiler, and a conditioner should be installed on the extruder to connect with the boiler through a pipeline. After the raw materials are crushed and mixed, they are first pre-cooked and tempered by the conditioner and steam, and then extruded into granules by the extruder.
In comparison, the wet machine with the same power has a higher output and the material is slightly finer. However, the wet method needs to be used with a steam boiler, and the production process is relatively complicated.
