Our company mainly engaged in Mutoh printer , InkFa digital printer, UV printer,DTG printer, direct injection machine,eco solvent printer, subliamtion ink, Eco-solvent ink, solvent ink, water-based ink ect.

2.What’s your delivery time?

If the goods in stock , the full payment is received from customer , we will arrange shipping at the firs time, if not , it will
be about 7 work days after receive the deposit.

For the items you purchased, we will arrange shipping by sea or international express delivery to ship and usually the carriers are DHL, FedEx, TNT, and UPS. It shall be quite safe during shipping by sea or air. Additionally, we will purchase insurance as aguarantee for your order.

Welcome to our Guangzhou company, we have simple printer in our showroom,customers can take samples for testing print or sent tous
for printing.

3.Could i send some samples to you for testing?

We are warm welcome to you send samples to us for testing, we will try our best to meet your request and provide you high quality samples and print videos.

4.How about warranty?

12 months warranty for our machines. During warranty period, we will send free parts for replacement (circuit boards) while broken parts should be sent back.

5.What is the payment terms?

We accept the T/T transfer, Western Union and money gram etc.
