I have not used the product yet because it just delivered. It took about 60 days to deliver. It delivers in a heavy 7x7x2 sized wood crate. Be sure to ask supplier for delivery truck with lift gate and unloading if you don’t have the means to unload yourself and to make sure the delivery transportation company can accommodate the crate size. A pallet jack is adequate enough to move it. Lily provided amazing customer service from start to finish. She is very thorough! planning to put this sauna indoors in a backyard barn style shed relaxation area.
