VB1000 is mainly suitable for steel mills, recycling processing industry and non-ferrous and ferrous metal smelting industry.
The hydraulic metal baler can squeeze various metal scraps, such as steel scraps, scrap steel, aluminum, copper, stainless steel, scrapped cars, scrapped car scraps, etc. into rectangular, octagonal, cylindrical and other qualified furnace materials, reducing transportation costs, speeding up furnace speed and reducing smelting costs.
Features:
1. The whole machine adopts hydraulic drive system, manual and automatic operation.
2. Discharging method: flip-out type.
3. No bottom screw installation, diesel engine can be used without power supply.
4. There are 6 gears of pressing force, from 100T to 315T, and the production efficiency ranges from 900kg to 7000kg/hour.
5. The size of the pressing baler can be from 200~600mm.
It can also be customized according to customer requirements.
Working principle:
1. Put the material into the cavity and close the cavity door.
2. The hydraulic cylinder starts the pressing.
(3 cylinders at the back, right and top are used for pressing at the same time).
(The machine is controlled by a handle bar, with 4 controls for opening and closing different hydraulic cylinders).
3. The baler is formed within 120 seconds.
