Able to weld a broad range of materials like FeC, Er316, Er308, pure aluminum, Aluminium alloys, CuSi3, etc. Suitable wire diameter 0.8-1.6mm, 2T/4T, special 4T. Note :
Setting on the control board of power source , the setting generates simultaneously on control board of wire feeder.
MIG WELDING INSTALLATION
1. Insert the earth cable plug into the negative socket on the front of the machine and tighten it. (8)
2. Plug the welding torch into the MIG torch connection socket on the wire feeder .and tighten it. Blue tube connect to input water flow , red tube connect to output water flow . (1)
IMPORTANT : When connecting the torch be sure to tighten the connection. A loose connection can result in the connector arcing and damaging the machine and gun connector.
3.Connect the water inlet and outlet pipe between wire feeder and water cooling unit .(2)
4.MIG power connection between wire feeder and power source .(3)
Note if this connection is not made, there will be no electrical connection to the wire feeder and welding torch!
5.Connect the control(steering) 7 pin cable between wire feeder and power source .(4)
6.Connect the gas regulator to the wire feeder. Check for Leaks! (7)
7. Connect input power cable AC 380V . (5)
8. Connect input power cable to water cooling unit AC 230V . (6)
