Warranty Policy:

If the failure is due to a manufacturing defect, we will be responsible for problems caused by production quality or raw materials. A: We can provide 1KW to 3000KW, voltage range 110V~15000V, frequency 50Hz and 60Hz.

A: We show the test video of each product for our customers.
Q: Can your diesel generator set be customized?
A: Our products can be your designed logo and package.
Q: Is it OK to make customer's own brand?
Answer: Of course you can. OEM and ODM are welcome. We have rich experience, we can provide you with OEM manufacturing, and get your brand authorization.

A: 30 days after receiving 30% T/T deposit.

A: T/T, 30% deposit, 70% paid before delivery; or T/T, 30% deposit, 70% L/C at sight; or 100% L/C at sight.
