How do I track my order?

Every BestDealz order gets a real-time tracking link by email and SMS. Here's where to find it and how to read it.

The quickest way

Open the email titled "Your order is on the way" and tap the tracking link — it shows live courier status without needing to log in.

From your dashboard

  1. Go to Dashboard → Orders
  2. Find the order by order number or date
  3. Click "Track" next to the parcel

If you don't have an account

Use the public order tracker — enter your order number and the email you used at checkout.

Class B note
Class B (Direct Import) orders show two tracking stages: factory dispatch → sea/air leg → SA customs → last-mile. Each leg has its own status update.
